To create an account, click on the “Try Free Version” button on the workit homepage and follow the prompts.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, creation of a workit account does not require that you sign any contracts, nor adhere to usage or time commitments.

How long does it take to implement workit within my business?

workit is a fully configurable HRIS that guides you through each step of the setup process with inbuilt industry templates. This means you can be up and running with workit in a matter of minutes.

I’ve seen that workit has a completely free version, what does this mean?

Our free version is a fully functional HRIS that allows you to manage your business effectively. The free version features a large set of functionality and is free forever, no time or usage limits. You will not be forced to upgrade or have access removed. You can view a full list of features on our plans page on the workit website.

The free version seems too good to be true, are you selling my data?

No, we are not selling your data. The team at workit have provided HR solutions to businesses for over 30 year collectively. The free version allows businesses to advertise, recruit, onboard and manage employees and their data. Of course, if you are looking for more functionality, we have a paid subscription version available for $5 per employee per month that you can upgrade to at any time.

What is workit HR?

Is your support team outsourced?

No, all support employees are directly employed by workit and are located within workit offices.

Do I get access to an account manager?

Yes, your account manager will be introduced to you upon the creation of your free account. Workit account managers can assist with providing training and configuration support, as well as act as a point of contact for any escalations.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

For our professional version, we accept monthly billing with credit/debit cards via stripe. A full invoice is provided and the subscription can be terminated at any time. We also have an Enterprise version where we support monthly invoicing with payments via bank transfer.

What is workit’s cancellation policy?

You can cancel your workit subscription at any time.

How do you protect my data?

workit is built to adhere to the strictest security principles. Our platform is routinely penetration tested by a third party security testing company. workit is hosted on private cloud infrastructure based in Australia.
