Peer-to-peer recognition
- Recognition wall: a social feed where anyone can thank one or more colleagues.
- Company values: tag a recognition with one or more values, each with its own icon and colour. Organisations can require a value on every recognition.
- Badges: attach a badge, with control over who can give it - everyone, managers only or admins only.
- Who can see it: the whole organisation, the recipient's team only, or private.
- Engagement: six emoji reactions, comments, and colleagues adding their own message (and points) to someone else's recognition.
- @mentions: type @ in any message or comment to tag and notify a colleague.
- Filtering: everyone, my team, given or received, by company value, or by search.
- Shortcuts: "Recognise" buttons on the org chart and on a team manager's view.
Points and allowances
- Monthly or quarterly point allowances to give away, with optional rollover up to a limit.
- Extra manager budgets for bigger recognition.
- Caps on points per recognition, points to the same person per period, and recognitions to the same person per period.
- Approval for recognitions above a set number of points.
- Points can expire after a set number of months.
- Set what one point is worth in real money, so allowances show a cost.
- Admins can add or remove points, with a full points history for everyone.
Rewards and redemptions
- Reward catalogue: gift cards, merchandise, experiences, charity donations, extra leave days, payroll bonuses or anything custom.
- Stock levels, per-person limits and optional approval on each reward.
- Points are held until a redemption is approved and then fulfilled.
